1ª AÇÃO DA AGENDA 21 DO VARIOCA

Vale: s. m. Geomorf - Região alongada e rebaixada do relevo. Os vales podem ter muitas origens, e constituem uma forma geomorfológica importante no entendimento da evolução do relevo. Os vales mais comuns são formas esculpidas pela erosão fluvial, às vezes com um nítido condicionante estrutural ou tectônico. Em regiões glaciais os vales são esculpidos pelas geleiras.
Um vale é o local por onde escoam, permanentemente ou temporariamente, as águas das chuvas e dos rios.

O Vale do Rio Cabuçu é a região por onde escoa o Rio Cabuçu e seus afluentes.

A Agenda 21 é um conjunto de diretrizes para se equacionar o desenvolvimento humano com a preservação das condições naturais.

A Agenda 21 do Vale do Rio Cabuçu é um forum formado por pessoas que atuam, individualmente ou através de coletivos, como protagonistas sociais dos locais em que vivem, buscando transformar de forma positiva a realidade que os cercam. Seu propósito é discutir os problemas ambientais que afetam a região do vale, porpor soluções e executar ações para realizá-las.

A primeira ação da agenda 21 do Vale do Rio Cabuçu foi realizada entre os dias 08 de março e 15 de abril, e consistiu num painel temático sobre o mês mundial da água (março). Este painél foi feito no CICAS – Centro Independente de Cultura Alternativa e Social, que vem transformando a realidade do Jardim Julieta, bairro localizado na zona norte de São Paulo, cortado pelo Córrego Violão, afluente do Rio Cabuçu de Cima. O CICAS completou cinco (5) anos de resistência cultural e do espaço-físico, também no mês de março.

A ação contou com a colaboração dos grafiteiros EVOL (curador), CRÂNIO, BTS, BUBU e DANI. A arte buscou resgatar as riquezas naturais que o rio tinha, água limpa, biodiversidade que hoje nele está extinta, e chamar a atenção da comunidade para a condição deplorável que o rio se encontra, poluído pelo excesso de esgoto doméstico e produtos químicos jogados indiscriminadamente em seu leito.

A arte como instrumento de sensibilização para conscientizar a comunidade sobre a necessidade do tratamento das águas do Rio Cabuçu e das ações individuais que podem ser realizadas para protegê-lo. 

A tinta usada para preenchimento foi o latex, que é a base de água. Os Sprays utilizados foram de marca MTN 94, isentos de CFC.

A próxima ação da Agenda 21 do Vale do Rio Cabuçu está programada para junho, mês do meio ambiente. Denys EVOL e equipe farão um grafite na parede do Rio Cabuçu de Cima, do lado de dentro do rio, num trecho do Parque Edu Chaves com grande visibilidade para quem vem pela Rodovia Fernão Dias, de Guarulhos para São Paulo.

A idéia da ação será chamar a atenção da comunidade para o rio, num trecho em que o mesmo se encontra morto, com suas águas extremamente poluídas, suas margens assoreadas, e tubulações de esgoto que poderão ser observadas em plena atividade, desaguando todo tipo de dejetos no leito do rio.

Já temos a autorização do DAEE – Departamento de Água e Energia Elétrica, órgão que faz a gestão dos recursos hídricos do Estado de São Paulo, para realizarmos a atividade.

Its purpose is to discuss environmental issues affecting the region of the valley, porpor solutions and take actions to realize them.

The first action of the Agenda 21 Cabuçu River Valley was held between March 8 and April 15, and consisted of a thematic panel on the global water months (March). This panel was made in CAQs - Center for Independent Culture and Social Alternative, which has transformed the reality of Juliet's Garden, a neighborhood located in the north of Sao Paulo, cut by the Guitar Stream, a tributary of the Rio de Cima Cabuçu. The CAQs completed five (5) years of cultural resistance and space-physical, also in March.

The action with the collaboration of graffiti EVOL (healer), CRÂNIO, BTS, BUBU and DANI. The art sought to recover the natural resources that the river had clean water, biodiversity that today it is extinct, and draw the community's attention to the deplorable condition that the river is polluted by domestic sewage and excess chemicals dumped indiscriminately in his bed.

Art as a tool for raising awareness to educate the community about the need for treatment of water from the Cabuçu and individual actions that can be done to protect it.

The ink was used to fill the latex is water based. The sprays used were brand MTN 94, CFC-free.

The next action of the Agenda 21 Cabuçu River Valley is scheduled for June, month of the environment. When Evol Denys and his team will make a graffiti on the wall of Cabuçu Rio de Cima, from the inside of the river, a stretch of Park Edu Chaves with great visibility for those coming by Highway Fernao Dias, to Sao Paulo Guarulhos.

The idea of action is to draw the attention of the community to the river, a stretch in which it is dead, with their highly polluted waters, its edges sanded, and sewer lines that may be observed in full swing, ending all kinds of waste into the river.

We already have the authorization of DAEE - Department of Water and Power, the body that manages the water resources of the State of São Paulo, to accomplish the activity.
